AFL1 is an intensive 2-day (14 hrs) workshop where you’ll learn all 30 Level 1 moves, including regressions, progressions, and variations for all skill levels. Open to fitness professionals who want to become Certified AF Instructors and non-professionals who just want to become better movers.
Level 2 takes your Animal Flow practice to a higher level. Building upon the strong foundations learned in Level 1, the workshop teaches 10 more new moves, as well as progressions for the Tuck Balance. You’ll delve into more advanced concepts like energy transfers, tempo changes and using animal locomotion in Flows, while engaging in intermediate level flow design.
